By accessing this website or engaging NTechnoSolution for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Indian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this website or our services.

NTechnoSolution provides enterprise software deployment, web design, design services, and parametric modeling tools for manufacturing and engineering companies. Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment conditions for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work signed by both parties. These Terms of Service govern general use of this website and our services where no separate agreement applies.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, code, and design — is the property of NTechnoSolution and is protected by Indian copyright law. For client engagements: intellectual property in final deliverables (code, designs, drawings) is transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in the service agreement. NTechnoSolution retains the right to use project work in its portfolio unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Clients engaging NTechnoSolution for services agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery • Designate a point of contact with authority to approve deliverables • Make payments on the schedule defined in the service agreement • Not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense software systems provided by NTechnoSolution without written consent

Payment terms for each engagement are defined in the applicable service agreement. Standard terms are 30% on agreement, 40% at defined milestone, and 30% on delivery. Overdue payments attract interest at 1.5% per month. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Applicable GST is charged in addition to quoted fees.

NTechnoSolution's total liability for any claim arising from services or this website is limited to the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of three years.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. NTechnoSolution reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client breaches payment obligations or these Terms. On termination, all amounts due for work completed to date become immediately payable.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page with the effective date noted. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
