Step 01
Process mapping
We document your actual workflow — production, procurement, QC, dispatch. Nothing gets configured until we understand your floor.
Step 02
Configuration & data migration
Your items, BOMs, suppliers, customers, and opening balances migrate cleanly. No re-entry from Day 1.
Step 03
Parallel run & training
Your team runs the new system alongside the old for 4 weeks. Floor operators, supervisors, and accountants all train in their own module.
Step 04
Go-live & support
Dedicated support for the first 90 days post-launch. Critical issues get a response in under 4 hours.

Our engineers. Your floor.
On-site process mapping, role-specific training, and 90-day hypercare — every deployment.
Frequently asked
How long does implementation take?
Typically 12–16 weeks from kickoff to go-live. Simple single-unit operations can go live in 8 weeks. Complex multi-plant deployments take up to 20 weeks.
Can it connect to our existing machines and MES?
Yes. The system provides REST APIs and webhooks for integration with PLCs, legacy MES platforms, barcode scanners, and third-party SaaS tools.
Do you support GST and Indian compliance?
Fully. GST invoicing, e-invoice generation, TDS calculation, and e-way bills are all built in and kept current with Indian tax regulations.
What happens after go-live?
You get tiered support with a guaranteed 4-hour response for critical issues. Quarterly system health reviews are included in all deployment packages.
Do we need to replace our existing accounting software?
Not necessarily. The ERP has its own fully integrated accounting module, but we also support integration with Tally and other popular Indian accounting systems if you prefer to keep them.
Still have questions?
Our engineers are available to answer your specific questions about deployment, integration, and pricing.
